HIV/AIDS

It is intended for use as a stand-alone therapy, or in combination with other antiretrovirals, and combines Gilead's Truvada? (emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) with Sustiva? Emtriva? (emtricitabine) is a once-daily oral nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) used in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of HIV infection in adults.
